2.6.37 Linux Kernel Available
01/05/2011
Linus Torvalds releases the Linux 2.6.37 kernel to the public.
Torvalds announced that the 2.6.37 Linux Kernel is now available for download.
Encouraging people to look over this new Linux Kernel, Torvalds said, "Of course, as usual, I'll probably let 2.6.37 cool for a few days to try to encourage people to look at the release rather than go all crazy with newly merged features in the next tree."
For more information on the 2.6.37 Kernel see the Kernel Newbies website, and on the kernel.org website.
