KOffice Changes Name: Calligra Suite Project Announced

KDE continues KOffice development through the new Calligra Suite project.
With the start of Calligra Suite project, the KDE community not only gives a new name to KOffice, but also highlights efforts to move beyond just desktop applications to a wider-use platform.
The new version of KOffice, version 2.3, is schedule to be released in approximately two weeks and will retain the KOffice name. Version 2.4 will be the first application released under the Calligra Suite name.
